Project Creations and its subsidiary International Project Maintenance are experienced in delivering projects to tight timeframes and have project management and control systems to manage the delivery of quality outcomes on time and budget.

When specific enquiries are received Project Creations will assemble and manage a team of experts necessary to address all aspects of the scope of work and to provide a formal proposal. Project Creations will establish an organisational structure appropriate to the scale and complexity of the work and will appoint a project manager to lead the team. The project manager will be the principal point of contact for the duration of the works commencing with scope verification and validation, followed by specification and agreement on all project intermediate milestones and deliverables. 

The project manager will ensure that regular updates on all aspects of the project are provided to the client, to ensure that all expectations are met and all possible additional improvements can be gained.
